Yoga is a lifestyle for everyone and every body.  Sequences help to release emotional stress; create mental clarity, alleviate pain, and strengthen the physical body in a holistic manner. Every asana (pose) has an effect on the neurological system creating new patterns in the brain. These neurological pathways provide a heightened awareness within yourself and how you perceive the world around you. Awareness starts on your mat learning to connect to yourself physically, then evolves to awareness in your thought patterns, daily habits, and relationships. This practice is the gateway to freedom, it is a journey to your most authentic life. My goal is to help you uncover your highest potential, to feel safe while doing it, and to be empowered.
