The world needs your unique radiance right now. This is an invitation to show up and shine. Learn how to connect to and brighten the parts of you that have been feeling dull, stagnant and forgotten. In this workshop style class, we travel inward together to recall our radiant self through guided breathwork, asana, movement and meditation. This class is designed for you to take home simple practices to truly embody your radiance once you leave your mat. Please bring a notebook and pen. This is a donation based class.
